What are the delivery times?
Please allow 6 to 10 working days for delivery.
My delivery is due today, but I haven’t received a delivery notification. What should I do?

How can I reschedule the delivery of my parcel if I’m not at home?
You can arrange for your delivery to be sent to a collection point if you are not at home.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The original delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. The return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
